This intensive 1 day course provides an introduction to film processing and the basics of black and white printing. Bring along a roll of black and white photographic film and learn how to process it step-by-step in the darkroom, make a contact sheet and create a print from your negatives.  

By the end of the session you’ll have gained a hands-on introduction into black and white darkroom practice, including working with enlargers, photographic chemicals and papers, and how to make your own prints.. 

The course is taught in a small group by an experienced darkroom practitioner, and is suitable for both complete beginners and those with more experience who would like a refresher.
